For October 2008 Yellow Sisters prepared a variety of shows for their fans in Prague, Czech Republic.First they will appear on a festival of African music Jaalaakeey on Oct. 7th in Ponec Theatre in Zizkov with a dance show. On Oct. 13th they will perform with live singing in a modern dance piece Shreds of Life, choreographed by Aya Rezaninova at Next Wave Festival in Theatre Disk. On Oct. 17th will give a classical concert on A Cappella Fest in Vysehrad. Together with a dance group Elements will Yellow Sisters perform in a visual art-dance-musical show in unique space Magic Mirrors Hall at Letna park and finally on Oct. 30th they will have a special concert with a band as Yellow Sisters Rhythm´n´Base in Acropolis Palace together with Eggnoise. Five times you can see Yellow Sisters in Prague in October and each time in a different tune!!!
After Summer appearences on Slovakian greatest festival Pohoda and five shows in Berlin, BKA Theatre, Yellow Sistersare heading for further international tours.In September they performed for the first time in Wien, participating on presentation of Czech contemporary art at the City Hall of Wien. In October they will shortly visit Hungary and in November will give concert in Brussels. Right after Brussels will go on five concerts tour to Spain, where they will sing in Bilbao, Zaragoza, Madrid and more places. See calendar for details! Published 19. 9. 2008

The second biggest scene of Urban Rapublic open air festival will be dedicated to afro-carabian music. We will see among others DJ Taf aka Jah Luv Sound from Gambia, which is coming to the Europe together with two other singers Ranking Fire a Brother Coms from duet Dancehall Masters, one of the most popular reggae vocalists of west Africa. Singalana, the debut album of Yellow Sisters, was one of 40 nominated best albums of accoustic music of the year 2007 for IAMA (Int´l Accoustic Music Awards). In section of a cappella bands appeared Singalana between the three best albums of the year!!!
